Lilia Eller

Lilia Eller, Agile Transformation Lead, Lippert Components, has over 14 years of work experience in IT Service Management and implementing Scrum and Agile principles. She has successfully led multiple teams through Agile transformation, handling everything from gathering requirements to implementing JIRA and ServiceNow at an enterprise level. Over the years she has achieved a high level of certifications such as: Certified ScrumMaster^® (CSM^®), Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP^®), ITIL^® Foundation v3 and v4, and all ITIL^® Service Lifecycle Intermediate certifications. She is now actively pursuing ITIL^® Expert certification.  Lilia holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bethel University.
