Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of agile development. Naturally this makes the building of top tier teams a cornerstone of agile development. In this session we will look at both, agile teams and structures, and how we can best optimize people in these frameworks.

Breakout Groups: After the session, attendees will breakout into teams and apply what they have learned by developing journey maps. Build a strategy that you can bring back and apply in your respective workplace.

Debrief: As you rejoin the session, you will have the opportunity to review your road maps and share your ideas with the other groups.
